Our restaurant features 3 dining areas–the main dining room with it’s arched ceiling and eye-catching chandelier, the deck/patio area where you can enjoy the fresh air and neighborhood ambiance, and the back dining room with its starlit ceiling for larger groups, overflow, and events.

Plates and Specialties:

Smoked Brisket Plate – Sliced and Served with Smashed Fried Potatoes, Cider – Lemon Slaw and topped with Caramelized onion Jus.

Seafood Plate – Choice of one of the following: Fried Shrimp, Fried Oysters, Grilled Mahi Mahi, Fried Catfish, served with Fresh Lemons, Smoked Tomato Remoulade Sauce, Smashed Fried Potatoes and Cider – Lemon Slaw

Southern Fried Chicken Plate – Whole Buttermilk Brined Fried Chicken, Smashed-Fried Potatoes, Cider-Lemon Slaw, House Pickles.

Fried Green Tomatoes – Served with Cider-Lemon Baby Spinach, Succotash, Roasted Tomatoes, Bavarian Soft Feta and Drizzled with Smoked Tomato Remoulade.  Add BBQ Shrimp.

Big Salad – Baby Spinach, Cider – Lemon Vinaigrette, Shaved Parm, Charred Tomatoes, Pickled Red Onions, Roasted Eggplant.  Add BBQ Shrimp.

Jambalaya – Cajun Roasted Chicken and Rice with Andouille Sausage, Tomato, in a Spicy Broth with Garlic Bread.

Gumbo – Smoked Turkey, Beef Sausage and Okra in a Rich, Dark Turkey Broth, Served over Rice with a Side of Garlic Bread.

Sandwiches and Poboys are a la carte.  Add Smashed Fried Potatoes or Slaw.

Fried Shrimp PoBoyCornmeal Battered Fried Shrimp with Smoked Tomato Remoulade Sauce, House Pickles, Shredded Lettuce, Sliced Tomatoes on New Orleans Liedenheimer French Bread.

Fried Oyster Poboy – Same Preparation Dressed the same as Shrimp Poboy – Market Price.

Grilled or Blackened Mahi Mahi Poboy – Dressed the same as Shrimp and Oyster Poboys.

Fried Catfish Poboy – Prepped and Dressed the same as Shrimp and Oyster Poboys.

Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich – Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs Fried to GBD (Golden, Brown and Delicious), Served on a Brioche Bun with Garlic Aioli, Smoked Tomato-Thai Chile Sauce, House Pickles, Sliced Tomato and Baby Spinach.

Veggie Sandwich – Grilled and Roasted Eggplant Medallions with Sharp Cheddar and Mozzarella on Baby Spinach with Garlic Aioli, Smoked Tomato – Thai Chile Sauce, Sliced Tomato, Pickled Red Onions on Brioche Bun.

Smoked Brisket Sandwich – Sliced 12 hour Brisket with Caramelized Onion Jus, Garlic Aioli, Pickles and Pickled Red Onion on Brioche Bun.

Smash App – Red Skin Potatoes, Baked, Smashed & Fried, Herbed Crème Fraiche, Toasted Garlic, Smoked Tomato Coulis.

Smoked Brisket Empanada Smoked Brisket, Cheese, and Veggies, Drizzled with Remoulade, served over Succotash.

Creole Succotash :  Braised Butter Beans (and assorted beans and peas) with Fire-Roasted Yellow and White Corn, Charred Tomatoes, Peppers and Onions, Fresh herbs, finished with herbs and Butter, topped with Sausage or Brisket.

Roasted Broccoli: Lemon and Cider Vinaigrette, Toasted Garlic, shaved Pecorino Romano Cheese.

Grilled Asparagus: Tossed in Olive Oil and Spices and Drizzled with Remoulade Sauce.

Slaw: White and Purple Cabbage, Kale and Shaved Carrot Tossed in Cider and Lemon Dressing, Brown Sugar and Spices.  No Mayo.  Vegan.

Side of Smash-Fried Potatoes: Tossed Fried Garlic and Herbs.

DESSERTS

Fried Banana Foster:  Made into Empanadas and Served with Whipped Cream, Bourbon Crema and Cinnamon Sugar.

Seasonal Fruit Brulee’:  Topped with Mascarpone and Served with Whipped Cream, Drizzled with Honey and Sprinkled with Cinnamon Sugar.
