Fine Southern Fusion Fast—That’s our motto. We start with the freshest ingredients and create everything from scratch. Smoked tomatoes blended into savory sauces, fresh-made pickles that add zest to our sandwiches, plates and sides, fresh herbs whipped into crème fraiche, and citrus dressings—these are just a few of the things that create the unique flavors you’ll relish in our food. The Louisiana style po-boys are served on classic New Orleans French bread. And the shrimp po-boy, slathered with smoked tomato creole remoulade, is sure to bring back memories of that delicious po-boy you ate in the French Quarter. But don’t forget the pulled pork po-boy with our tangy fresh slaw and garlic aioli! You’ll be glad you came!

Smoked Brisket Plate Sliced Brisket, Caramelized Onion jus, Smashed-Fried Potatoes (just the potatoes, tossed in Garlic, spices and herbs), Lemon & Cider Slaw, House Pickles.                                                                                      

Shrimp PlatterCornmeal-Battered and Fried with Remoulade Sauce, Lemon/Cider Slaw & Smashed-Fried Potatoes.

Veggie Plate – A sampling of 3 apps: Roasted Broccoli with Lemon, Fried Garlic and Shaved Romano Cheese, the Smash App, and Lemon/Cider Slaw.

Buttermilk Chicken Plate – Boneless Thigh Pieces Fried and served with Garlic & Lemon Aioli, Smoked Tomato/Thai Chili BBQ, Sweet Onion and Pepper Chow Chow, Slaw and Smashed-Fried Potatoes.

Brisket Empanada – Fried Hand Pie Stuffed with Shredded Smoked Brisket, Onions, Peppers and Carrots, Cheese and Spices, Served with Succotash and Drizzled with Tangy Remoulade Sauce.

Veggie Sandwich – Veggie Burger with Aged Cheddar and Mozzarella, Garlic Lemon Aioli, Smoked Tomato/Thai Chili Sauce, Mixed Greens, Tomato, House Pickles on Brioche Roll. Add Potatoes . VEGAN? We have Vegan Cheese and Vegan Aioli so Tell your Lovely Window Person!!

Sampler Plate – Can’t Decide? Try all of our Protein Options: A little Buttermilk Fried Chicken, a little Smoked Brisket and some Fried Shrimp! Comes with Smash Fried Potatoes and Lemon/Cider Slaw!
